Biography

I enjoy the arts and sharing my knowledge with others. I have implemented workshops for children ages 6-12. I have many years of experience working with kids as I am also a mother of 4. I can sing and Dance. I love being able to keep native traditions alive by teaching the younger generation!!!

Kawni was an aboriginal instructor for the Boreal Discovery Center Day-Camp. She taught the kids about the 7 sacred teachings and the 4 sacred medicines. The kids made a basket out of bark and placed a sacred medicine inside.
