Biography

Erica grew up with parents who were artists and art teachers. As a family, art supplies were always available and guidance in creation was at hand. She still spends much of her time creating and feels very blessed for the role of art in her life. She began teaching art and providing art experiences to young people, while attending University. Her classes were full of very free expressive youngsters. She has since taught art in numerous schools, art centres, galleries and has developed youth art programs.
She encourages students to create freely, build their artistic knowledge and skills, and expand their understanding of curriculum in unique ways. She greatly enjoys producing large projects like stop motion video, art shows and murals with students and teachers.
