Biography

Don Amero is a captivating singer whose soulful sound and heartfelt storytelling have made him one of Canada’s most beloved performers. His previous 11 studio albums have generated multiple national and international awards, including three JUNO nominations and three CCMA nominations. His 12th studio album is scheduled to be released in late 2026.

With powerful vocals, a lovable stage presence, and a soulful sound, along with his tireless work ethic, ambition, and determination, Don has earned the respect of the Canadian Music industry and has proven himself a much sought-after performer who genuinely connects with his audience. Wherever he goes, he shares encouragement, positivity, and a desire to connect with fans.

Don has a great ability to bring music and stories that connect with all ages. He can cater his performance to your themes here and deliver a great concert. While Don can perform for all age groups at one time, the best way to approach this is to have a focus age group: K - grade 6 (or) grades 7 - 9 (or) grades 10 - 12.

These Roots Of Love - Reading and songs

Don has written a wonderful children's story called 'These Roots Of Love'. It's a beautiful story that can be an assist to helping young hearts and mind that are wrestling with grief. He has some music that goes well with the story. The best age range for this is grade 1 - 6.

Music is Medicine - workshop

Don has always said Music Is Medicine and in this workshop Don shares the strength and power that music has in our lives. In this workshop, Don shares some great and real examples of how music heals. When "administered" in the right way, Music can be the medicine we need to help us through some hard times in our lives.
